Super useful and enjoyable podcast – thank you! You and Nick have a very comfortable rapport, and he has a really clear and easy to follow way of laying out his useful strategies. I can’t agree more about the importance of early research and creation of customer personas. My biggest takeaway is the importance of now taking those personas a step further and creating a segment grid of people types and product types to improve our targeting and positioning. Thank you so much!
