  1. Thank you so much for this lesson. Even though I hear over and over how video/audio files are the most popular and responded to methods of communication these days, I have not been able to bring myself to start using them. I am naturally very camera shy and always wonder what should I talk about?? Your podcast has given me just enough detailed information and the motivation to get started. I am starting with listening to several podcasts from each one on your list, with a goal of submitting my 1st request by June 1, 2015.
I would also like to add a little advice, expanding on your note to be prepared. You state you keep a bio and some info on file and that you use spreadsheets to keep info. organized. One great resource to use is google+. I am creating an E-folio there. My daughter had to create one for her college courses. I found it to be a fantastic way to record and organize information such as bio, accomplishments, awards, letters, posts, etc. an e-folio can be expanded upon and used for many years.
